Background
Candace Williams is a certified Essentrics® Level 4 instructor. Essentrics® is one of the best flexibility programs. Candace uses Essentrics® to increase her flexibility and strength, body awareness and focus. She has been teaching this unique, groundbreaking program since 2018 to beginners and more seasoned students. Candace is a certified women’s fitness specialist as well as a certified senior fitness specialist (National Academy of Sports Medicine). She is passionate about continuing her education in physical fitness, anatomy, physiology and women’s health.
In June 2024, Candace attended an Essentrics® retreat that focused on using music and movement to provide an environment conducive to overall well-being. She brings these elements to all her classes.
Candace also works in journalism and is originally from Kingston, Jamaica.
